Theo như clip anh ta đăng ngày 18/08, cây S Pen của máy Note 7 bị kẹt, ko rút ra được dù rằng anh ấy đã nhấn rất mạnh và giải pháp là cho thả rơi máy xuống bàn thì cây S Pen mới có thể lấy ra.
Và anh ấy so sánh với một máy Note 7 thứ 02 của mình, kết quả là do cây S Pen chứ ko phải do máy, phần nút nhấn trên đầu cây S Pen
